Parts Needed To Covert B&W Companion To Work In 2021 Ram 3500 With OEM Puck System

Question:
We have a companion 5th wheel hitch. We are upgrading to a 2021 ram 3500 with the puck system. Can we replace that with something so we can use our companion hitch? What I thought it would take, says 19-20, not 2021.

To use your current B&W Companion in your 2021 Ram 3500 with the OEM Pucks you will need to replace the base.
The correct base for the OEM Pucks in you truck is the Replacement Base for B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram # BWRVB3600.
