I do have a solution for you, but there are quite a few variables. Your 2022 Ram Bighorn is available in all three sizes, 1500, 2500, and 3,500. I am not sure if you have the 5th wheel Load & Towing Groups package or if you have the Ram 1500, so I will recommend two 5th wheel hitches. One that will be compatible with a 5th wheel tow package and one that will not be compatible with that setup.

If you have the 2500 or 3500 Big Horn with the 5th wheel tow package, I recommend the following:

B&W Companion OEM 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider for Ram Towing Prep Package - Dual Jaw - 20K, part # BWRVK3670.

This 5th wheel hitch will attach directly to the receivers in your truck bed. If you do not have the factory tow package, the 5th wheel hitch I recommend will be the following:

B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Dual Jaw - 20,000 lbs, part # BWRVK3400-5W
Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches, part # BWGNRK1320-5W.

Both of these 5th wheel hitches have sliders. This comes in very handy when you need to make turns with the 6-1/2 truck bed. Now if you have the Ram 1500 Big Horn, you will not have the tow package option. My recommendation is the following:
