I have another option for you, but while some customers have been able to install the Curt Trailer Hitch receiver # C13272 on their Lexus RX 350 F-Sports, there are some factory options that can cause the hitch not to fit. Unfortunately Curt has been unable to identify which options cause this issue so I am not able to confirm if the # C13272 will fit your vehicle.

Instead I recommend the Stealth Hitches Hidden Rack Receiver - Custom Fit - 2" # 391LXRX16 if you are planning to use your trailer hitch receiver to carry a bike rack or cargo carrier, or the # 391LXRX16T if you are planning on towing a trailer as it comes with the required ball mount that is specific to the Stealth Hitches Receivers.
