The switch to change the Progressive Dynamics RV Power Control Center with AC/DC Panel and Converter/Smart Charger - 35 Amp # PD4135K to the lithium-ion setting will require you to remove the front panel and is located underneath the fan as you can see in the included picture.

If you take a look at the 2:20 minute mark of the included video it will show you the location of the switch as well.
