Weight Limit For Brophy Camper Hold Down # HSSF On 1995 Ford F-250 Longbed

Question:
Im considering the HSSF tie downs for my next camper as opposed to a more permanant mount. Is there a recommended camper weight range that should not be exceeded with these tie downs? My intended camper for this rig is an 8ft pop-up off road type.

Expert Reply:
After speaking to my contact at Brophy, she informed me the Brophy Camper Hold Down # HSSF technically does not have a weight range. This product is limited only by the weight capacity of your 1995 Ford F-250, so you will need to consult your vehicle owners guide to find the weight limit of your cargo bed.
You will also need to ensure there is at least 2 inches of space between the truck bed interior wall and the lip of the bed in order for the hold downs to fit properly. I have included a graphic showing how this item needs to be installed on your truck.
