Question:

I have a 2015 mini cooper 5 door. Not S, not JCW. I need a 2 receiver and 300 lb carrying capacity. I only find 1.25 on your web site. Is there a 2 hitch?

I may have another option for you, but there is not a 2" trailer hitch receiver made for your 2015 Mini Cooper at this time.

Since you do not have an S or John Cooper Works Model the hitch with the highest tongue weight rating is the Curt Trailer Hitch Receiver # C11417 which has a 200lb tongue weight rating and 2000lb trailer weight rating. If you have a spare tire located under your vehicle you will need to remove it to install the # C11417.

To be able to carry 300lbs with your Mini Cooper the only option would be to use a small utility trailer. If you chose to go this route you would need a trailer wiring harness # C59236, ball mount # C45521, hitch ball # A-80, and hitch pin and clip # F-4.
