First, your owner's manual has some information about using snow tire chains on your 2020 Mercedes-Benz like making sure you install them on the rear or to not use the Active Parking Assist when they are installed. Please read up on this to make sure you are using them according to Mercedes-Benz policy.
I have my top two recommendations for your tire size 235/55R19. The first is the Konig Self-Tensioning Snow Tire Chains # TH01594250. These are my absolute favorite to install. They are Class S compatible, so if you have limited clearance around/behind your wheel, this is low-profile for that. These Konig chains are considered "premium" chains due to extra features like a hard-shelled storage case and a bungee-style self tensioning system that means you won't have to pull so hard on the chains to tighten it. I love it for how easy it is to use.
My second recommendation is the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chain # TC2317. This is similar in design and ease of installation without the more premium features making it more affordable. It requires a little bit more muscle to tighten down these chains, but I still prefer these over the traditional ladder style chains that can be confusing to install if you're not used to them.
Neither chain requires you to crawl behind your tire which is why they are my favorite among the dozens of types of chains I've installed. I attached some videos below that review the chains and show the install process. I will always prefer the Konig chains # TH01594250 due to their extra features that add extra safety and comfort, but the Titan Chain chains # TC2317 are the next best option if you something more economical.
Whichever snow tire chains you get, I also recommend picking up the Tire Chain Safety Kit # PO34FRK.
