Do you sell a 5th wheel rail mounting kit for my 1991 F350 crew bad long bed that has the custom frame rail brackets or just the universal kit?

There is one option for a custom fit 5th wheel installation kit which is the Custom Underbed Installation Kit for B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitches # BWGNRK1100-5W which will fit your 1991 Ford F-350 Crew Cab with the 8' bed as long as your truck does not have the overload springs.

The # BWGNRK1100-5W is designed to work with the B&W Companion 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3500-5W and can also be used a gooseneck hitch.

If you already have a 5th wheel hitch that uses the above bed industry standard rails you can use the Curt X5 5th Wheel Base Rails Adapter # 16310 which will give you the industry standard rails you need.
