B&W does indeed offer a Tow & Stow 2-ball mount for a 3 inch receiver.
Part # BWTS30040B includes a 2 inch and a 2-5/16 ball, and is adjustable up to a 7-1/2 inch drop or a 7 inch rise.
Part # BWTS30037B also includes a 2 inch and a 2-5/16 inch ball and is adjustable up to a 4-1/2 drop or a 4 inch rise.
