Is There a Universal Tow Bar That Can Be Used On Multiple Vehicles

Question:

Hello, Im thinking of getting a tow bar setup. I dont have the space to store a trailer. Im looking for something I can move around cars with. Ive been having a hard time trying to find a quick attachment setup for unprepared vehicles. I noticed an 11 year old video on YouTube about a setup where a chain is wrapped around the a-arm of the towed vehicle on both sides. Im hoping to find something similar to that, that I can use for towing many vehicles with. Also that I could swap around to push a vehicle up into my driveway and garage. I have previous experience with using tow bars for pull and push on HUMMVs in the military.

The only type of universal tow bar option available in regards to how it attaches to the vehicle would be the ones which use the universal bumper brackets like the Curt Tow Bar with Adjustable-Width Arms part # C19745. These bumper brackets are designed for metal bumpers but can also be attached to frame supports if needed.
