Question:
I have a 2016 Titan XD and tow a trailer long distances with a 750 - 800 pound tongue weight. If I use timbrens on the back, is that hitch weight going to ride ruff - in other words with the XD suspension and the timbrens, do I need more weight to calm them down, or will they pogo stick on me?

Expert Reply:
The Timbren Suspension Enhancement System part # TNRTTNA is a great option for a 2017 Nissan Titan XD. It should engage fully with that amount of tongue weight so there should not be any pogoing but then again, this is not something that we can really arcuately predict. In order to provide support you must stiffen the suspension so a decrease in ride quality in inevitable.
If you are concerned with pogoing, the best option would be something that engages right away like air bags, the Air Lift LoadLifter 5000 Air Helper Springs part # AL57229.
