I have a solution for you, but the Draw-Tite # 76290 does not come with wiring; this is fairly commonplace since not everyone will need a trailer wiring harness with their hitch.

With that said, I recommend using the Curt T-Connector # C56291, which is a confirmed fit on the 2019-2021 Honda Passport (the same as the Draw-Tite 76290). This provides you with a 4 way trailer connector that has a powered converter to help protect your vehicle's electronics from shorts and backfeeds on the trailer.

If you need a 7 way trailer connector then you'll want to use the Tekonsha # 118291, which comes with all the fuses and relays needed to activate the factory towing package.

If you don't already have a ball mount, hitch ball, hitch pin and clip, I recommend using the etrailer Ball Mount Kit # 989900. This kit gives you 2 ball mounts with varying rise/drop, 2 hitch balls (1-7/8" and 2"), a hitch pin, clip and storage bag, so it'll help you cover towing a variety of different trailers.
