Since the Konig # TH00023050 you were looking are not confirmed to fit the 205/65R15 tires on your 2016 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 2500 I recommend the Titan Chain Alloy Snow Tire Chains # TC1540 which are confirmed to fit your tires, are easy to install as you can see in the included video, and due to the diamond pattern which will offer great traction in snow and ice, but will also offer a much smoother ride than ladder pattern chains.
When I looked in the owner's manual it mentions that tire chains should only be installed on the rear tires of your vehicle, and you will want to make sure you stay under 30mph.
