What is the Tongue Weight Capacity of the Stealth Hitch for 2017 Porsche Macan

I see this product has a hitch weight rating of 600 lbs. I have a dirtbike and carrier that mounts directly to the hitch. The combo weighs about 500lbs. Am I understanding that this will work for that?

I'll start off by saying that when it comes to a trailer hitch carrying accessories and towing, you are always limited to the capacity of the lowest rated component in your towing setup-either the hitch itself or the vehicle. The Stealth # SH24FRT does have a tongue weight capacity of 600-lbs but your 2017 Porsche Macan may have a lower capacity, so you may be limited by that.

I was not able to find any definitive numbers on this, so you will want to confirm in your owner's manual what the vehicle's tongue weight capacity is for a hitch. As long as it's enough to handle the combined weight of the carrier and bike then you'll be ok.
