I recommend using the CIPA Universal Towing Mirrors - Clip On - Qty 2 # 7070-2, which are a strap on, universal fit mirror that will work on the 2018 JL. These mirrors use heavy duty textured rubber straps to provide a tight and secure fit on your mirrors that will also help reduce vibration.
I've linked a short review video of these on a Jeep Gladiator which has the same type of mirrors, so it should give you a good idea as to how they'll look and fit.
