Im looking for a tailgate automatics lock that will work with factory remote Can you tie it in with side door locks So it will lock and unlock with factory remote

The Pop and Lock Power Custom Tailgate Lock you mentioned, part # PAL8200 will indeed tie into the existing power lock system of your vehicle and will lock and unlock with the key fob.
