Yakima actually has their Outpost HD mid-level ladder rack that fits your 2020 Toyota Tundra part # Y01152-5868 which has a 500 lb weight capacity that would work great for you. To use it with a Retrax Pro you'd only need to use the adapter part # Y01155 and you'd be set.
