I have another option but the Replacement Mounting Clamps for TruXedo Tonneau Covers # TX1703561 you were looking at will not work with the deck rails on your 2017 Toyota Tacoma.
Since you have deck rails you need the Replacement Mounting Clamps for TruXedo TruXport Tonneau Cover # TX27FR.
