Yes it means a pair or 2 tire chains. Like with the Titan Chain Snow Tire Chains part # TC1138, which is designed to fit two (215/60-16 and 215/55-17) of the three tires sizes available on your 2015 Nissan Altima, you will have two chains for the front drive axle.
