Since you are flat towing a 2020 Chevy Silverado 1500, you will be powering the Blue Ox Patriot Portable Braking System # BLU37TR by using the 12 Volt Outlet Kit # RM-9332.
A fuse or circuit breaker is not needed for the Patriot as the Outlet Kit, which is wired to the battery, is fuse protected. I have added links below to video reviews and installs for you to check out as well.
