Hello, Just to be sure, this bolt1-1/2 is actually 1.5inch or 38.1 mm long, correct? My original Thule bolts are just are just 30 mm longwithout the head and are a bit too short for my new fat cross-bars. 38.1 mm length would be a perfect fit. Do you accept returns? Thank you

The length of the Replacement Tamperproof Bolt for Thule M.O.A.B. Roof Mounted Cargo Carrier, part # 853-5269-05, is in fact 1.5 inches, which equates 38.1 mm.
In order to install this, you will need the wrench that came with the M.O.A.B. cargo carrier. If you do not have this anymore, the replacement is here, part # 853-5270-02.
Also, if you don't still have the washer and nut, the replacements are # 951-0614-20 and # 853-5163 respectively.
