I have a 2021 Sierra 3500HD Denali, is this the correct front hitch for my truck and is there any trimming that will have to be during installation. Thanks

The Draw-Tite Front Mount Trailer Hitch Receiver # DT57MR you were looking at is a confirmed fit for your 2021 Sierra 3500HD Denali and is currently the only front mount receiver option.
The Draw-Tite # DT57MR will require you to trim the lower air dam located beneath your front bumper. The cut will need to be in the center of the vehicle and measures 3-1/4" wide x 1" tall.
I included section from the instructions that shows exactly where the trimming will need to occur for you to take a look at.
