The Curt trailer hitch # C11041 will fit 2003 Mustangs with V6 engines. Since your 2003 Ford Mustang Mach 1 version is a V8, we don't have a hitch that will fit.
If you want to carry bikes with your Mach 1, we have a trunk mounted bike rack, the Saris Guardian # SAR93FR. I included a video of this bike rack for you to check out.
