Does Coil SumoSprings Add Height to Vehicle

Do this product give height

When the Coil SumoSprings part # CSS-1069 is installed on a vehicle it won't add any height to the vehicle when unloaded but it well prevent sag when the vehicle does have cargo weight in it or towing a trailer with significant tongue weight.
