The # DK258 is indeed the correct Clamp and Pad Kit to mount a Rhino Rack roof rack on your 2012 Subaru Impreza 4 door sedan.
You will also need the crossbars and feet. For a sliver Aero-style crossbar, use the # RRVA118S-2 crossbars and the # RRRLKVA feet. For the same crossbar set-up in a black finish, use the # RRVA118B-2 and the same feet. Both of these options would use the same DK258 clamp kit.
