I have a 2020 Mitsubishi outlander and want to get roof rails Front to back that are chrome and not the flush ones for the roof

I have a few recommendations but all of the roof rack systems for your 2020 Mitsubishi Outlander will run across the roof from driver side to passenger side and not front to back.

If your Outlander has flush mounted rails that run front to back I highly recommend the Thule WingBar Evo Roof Rack System that uses the 53" Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711400, Evo Flush Rail Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH710601, and Fit Kit # TH186016. The reason I prefer this system is due to the aero bar design that helps to reduce wind noise when driving, and that it offers a very nice installed appearance that looks almost factory. Adding the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400 will lock the roof rack system to your vehicle for additional security.

If your Outlander has a bare roof I recommend the Thule Wingbar Evo Roof Rack System that uses the same 53" Thule WingBar Evo Crossbars # TH711400, Rapid Podium Feet for Thule Crossbars # TH460R, and Fit Kit # THKIT3128. You can still add the Thule One-Key System Lock Cylinders # TH450400 for additional security.
