If you run 2 separate air lines, one air line to one bag and the same to the other 2 shader valves , Do the air lines need to be the same length?

This is a good question but you do not need to make sure the air lines ran to each bag are the same length. As long as you have the same pressure in both they would perform the exact same.
If your plan was to always have the bags inflated to the same pressure you could use a union tee like the # F3025-1 which would allow you to inflate one valve and both bags would be inflated to exact same pressure.
