Does Fulton Plastic Fender with Top and Side Steps, # F008595, Fit Both the Left and Right Sides

Hi Are these a right and a left ? With the skirt to the inside, the mitered outside corners and what appear to be light mounting holes on one end, it appears that they must be right and left. The individuals do not ask that question in the order box ? I would like an explanation if they are universal.

The Fulton Plastic Fender with Top and Side Steps, # F008595, is sold as a single unit. It fits the left or right side. The holes you are seeing in the pictures are not light mounting holes but mounting holes for the fender itself. For a set of 2 you would use # F008595-2.
