My Pop & Lock Has Quit working What Should I do to Fix it

my truck doors all lock but i dont hear the tailgate lock, i have had it for about 2 years on my 2008 toyota tacoma

It sounds as if the Pop & Lock Custom Tailgate Lock part # PAL8200 has lost power. You want to track the power wire and ground wire to make sure they both have a proper connection. Separate each connector check it for dirt and debris. Clean any away that is present and reconnect them. If after doing this to each of them re test the system.
If it does not work use a test light like the Hook Probe Circuit Tester part # PTW2993 to verify you have power when hitting the remote button. If power is getting to the locking mechanism and there is still no movement then the system will have to be replaced.
