We haven't installed a brake controller using an adapter like the Tekonsha # 3050-P on a 2021 Nissan Titan yet, but the plug you're looking for is typically located under/behind the driver's side dash panel to the left of the steering wheel and should be labeled "Electric Brake Connector". You may need to remove that dash panel if you can't access it by reaching up under the panel.

I've linked a video of a brake controller installation on a 2015 Nissan Titan that uses the # 3050-P and the location should be the same place in the 2021 models of this truck.
