I have a Toyota Tacoma 2020. I purchases the hullinator from you this past spring. Can two hullinators be mounted to the Thule truck rack?

Yes two of the Thule Hullavators part # TH898 can fit on the Thule ladder racks like the part # TH27000XT-501 that you referenced. Since the Hullavator can install in top channels of ladder racks like this and the bars are plenty long two of these would fit and work well.
