What are the dimensions of the channel nuts that are used for mounting to the Rhino Rack Pioneer platform?

It kind of depends on the accessory, but the largest channel nut that would be used is for the Eye Bolt Kit # RR43178. These channel nuts measure 2.36" long x 0.77" wide x 0.39" thick and then the diameter of the bolt itself that fits in the slit is 0.37". As long as your accessory doesn't exceed at least the width and the thickness you should be good to go.
