Question:
My current fan has a switch on the wall. Can I just swap it out to this fan with the same wiring?

You might be able to wire up the East Seventeen fan, part # 344410TSDC36BNOKCY, without any additional wiring but it depends on your current fan.
If the old one has the reverse switch on the wall switch then yes the wiring is all there. However, a lot of RV fans have the reverse switch on the fan and not on the wall. The East Seventeen fan does have the reverse on the wall. If yours is on the fan then you'll need to add an additional wire for that function from the fan to the wall switch.
