Is the 2021 puck system the same as 2020?

Yes. A hitch like the Curt A30 # C16070 is designed to fit in 8 foot beds in both the 2020 Chevy prep package and the 2021 Chevy prep package, so if you've got a hitch that fits in a 2020 Chevy/GMC OEM prep package then it will also fit in the 2021- the same is true for hitches that fit in the 6-3/4 foot beds.
