We have soft tonneau covers that fit a 2020 Ram 3500 with an 8 foot bed, though if you meant a soft top camper shell, there is not one available for this truck.

A soft tonneau is a good alternative to keep your bed clean that is also easy on the pocketbook compared to soft covers, and there are some really good options that are easy to install and use, and the one that fits your 2020 Ram 3500 that I really like is the Extang Trifecta Signature 2.0 - Vinyl # EX92435 or Canvas # EX94435.

This cover is great because of how low it sits, just about an inch or so above your bed rails, and because this is a folding cover so it is easier and quicker to gain access to your Ram's truck bed than a roll-up cover.
