I have a solution for you, but the B&W Ball and Safety Chain Kit for Ford, GM, and Nissan Titan Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch # BWGNXA2061 is not a fit for the Ram factory gooseneck hitch. Instead, you can use the Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loops Kit for Ram Underbed Gooseneck Hitch - 30K # C60618 for a factory gooseneck hitch rated up to 30,000-lbs. There is also the Curt Ball and Safety Chain Loop Kit for Ram Underbed Gooseneck Hitch - 38K # C58CR which is rated for up to 38,000-lbs, which would be for Ram 4500 or 5500 trucks. Both of these kits come with safety chain loops that install into the OEM pucks.
