How efficient is the cooling and freezer just being 12 volt only? I find no reviews from owners about this model

The 12 volt Everchill Refrigerator and Freezer part # WAY44FR draws up to a max of 20 amps and is just as efficient as an AC powered fridge. It just uses DC power instead.
