Question:
I ordered the Thule Wingbar Evo 135 crossbars for my car and was now looking for both a kayak rear load system that is compatible.. And in near future a bike rack. Looking for options.. I think rear load for single person might be easiest for loading a kayak.

My best recommendation for you is the Malone SeaWing Kayak Carrier # MPG113MD. If you're more comfortable with rear loading a kayak onto your 2016 Hyundai Sonata, then I think this will work out well for you. It has an arm that extends out in the back, so all you need to do is lift your kayak up until the front sits on that arm, then you can slide it in. Another nice feature is its tool-free install. You just need to tighten some knobs, and you're good to go!
The Thule DockGlide # TH896 you were asking about is also a great option especially if you want to take advantage of your WingBar T-tracks. It doesn't have load assist though, so you'll have to lift it up and right onto the carrier itself as you rear load. Some people put down a rubber backed rug on their rear and slide the kayak onto the cradles with this style of a carrier. Not the best method for your Hyundai Sonata though since it has that glass rear window and the shark fin antenna. With the Malone SeaWing # MPG113MD, you'll have the load assist to catch your kayak in case the front end tips down straight towards your rear window.
Another thing I found helpful when loading kayaks is the Moki Door Step # RL100660. Your 2016 Hyundai Sonata is not that tall, but you will still need some extra height and leverage to tie down the kayak safely and this is a much safer option than standing on your door ledge. I attached my video review of it below so you can see it in action if you're interested.
When you're ready for a bike rack, and I assume you want a roof one, then you have some great options like the Rhino-Rack MountainTrail Fork Mounted Bike Rack # RBC035 or the Thule ProRide XT Frame Mounted Bike Rack # TH598004.
