Valve Stem Extenders that Can be Used to Make Airing Up Inner Dually Wheels

I have e450 ford sache class c rv. Rear dual tire has tpms valve, cant pump or check air without remove tire due to small stems. I cant reach their. Can I use valve stem extenders for this situtation?
