Question:

When car is attached to motorhome and fuses are disabled, how long can it be left this way without enabling the fuses and starting the engine. On a long trip, can it be left attached overnight until reaching destination next day?

I've checked through the owners manual and was unable to find any requirement on starting the vehicle when flat towing. On some vehicles there is a note in the manual that says to start and run the engine every so often to lubricate the transmission. But again I did not see one in the online manual. Please check your manual to see if the information is the same.
As far as the Roadmaster FuseMaster Fuse Bypass Switch for Towed Vehicle part # RM76512 it only needs to be turned on when you are ready to drive. There would be no negative effects associated with leaving it off overnight. Just be sure to turn it back on when you get ready to use your Buick.
