Question:
I need an axle 72” long face of hub to face of hub with this 6 on 5.5 pattern. Is this the product I would use to build one.. also do you have any other suggestions for me to get this result. Thanks

You can use the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 5,200 lb Axles # 52655IEU on a custom built axle if you like. Most axles that are 72 inches from hub face to hub face are only rated for 2,000 lbs like the Dexter Axle Beam # T20BTR-7258 so this hub assembly would be a great option.
You'll just need an appropriately rated (5,200 lb) axle tube so you can weld this unit on, though that is something you would have to source locally, maybe via a custom fabricator to get the length you need. I have added a link below to a video review for you to check out as well of the Trailer Idler Hub Assembly for 5,200 lb Axles # 52655IEU.
