There is an installation video for you to check out on a GMC Sierra 1500 of the SumoSprings Solo Custom Helper Springs - Rear Axle # SSR-209-40.
I have added a link below to this video, as well as a link to the instructions for you. The video is on a Chevy Silverado, which is the same thing so the install will be the same as on your truck.
