Will these fit Wilderness Systems Heavy Duty Kayak Cart?

The Malone # MAL94VR replacement wheels outside diameter is 12" and tire width is 3." The axle opening inside diameter is 13/16" and the opening width from one side to the other is 3-1/8".
The Wilderness Systems replacement wheel # 8070173 has an outside diameter of 12" and tire width is 3-1/2". The axle opening is 7/8".
From here you can measure the axle on your WS cart and see if these will work for you.
