1. Is the picture for Xadapt1 missing a Locking Lever? The main Thule website showing a lever/handle. 2. will this work with Aeroblade and Peloton bike rake rear mount? will it replace the under bracket and 2 wing knobs system for cleaner mount?

According to Thule, there is a handle on the Thule Xadapt1 Rapid Aero, AeroBlade and Xsporter Load Bar Adapter # Xadapt1.
It consists of a fastener plate, two spacers, cam handle, two square head bolts, a nut, and a barrel nut. It will work with AeroBlade crossbars, but is only for Thule V2, Thule V2 Recumbent, and Thule Sidearm Roof Mounted Bike Racks.
The correct adapter for the Thule Peloton bike rack is the Thule Load Bar Adapter for Peloton and Echelon Bike Racks # THXADAPT9.
