No, I am sorry you will have to hardwire your 2003 Saturn Vue Redline to have trailer lighting available at the rear of the vehicle. If you need a 4-way flat connector you could use the Upgraded Circuit Protected Modulite with 4 Pole Harness and Hardwire Kit, part # 118418, which will include all wiring and connectors to complete the wiring along with instructions.
You will have to remove the vehicle taillights and splice into the vehicles wiring using a circuit tester, part # PTW2993 if you need one, to determine which circuit to connect each wire to.
