Text says this is a Drawtight product, but the PDF instructions are for a Horizon Globalinch product. Which is it?

Horizon Global is the company that owns Draw Tite at this time so technically both Draw Tite and Horizon Global make the Draw Tite Front Hitch # DT57MR.
