Will the RRSRG Ratchet Grab Tie-Down and S604 eye bolts work with Thule Wingbar EVO crossbars?

The Ratchet Grab Tie-Down Strap for Rhino-Rack Aero/Sportz Crossbars - 78" Long - Qty 1
Item # RRSRG and the Eyebolts for Rhino-Rack Aero/Sportz Crossbars - Qty 2 Item # S604 is not compatible with the Thule WingBar Evo cross bars. The slots in the Rhino Rack that are designed for the Ratchet strap tiedown and eye bolt are thicker and the gap is smaller. The Wingbar Evo slot is wider because the rubber strip doesn't have to be removed when adding an accessories. There is not currently a ratchet strap and eye bolt tie down kit that is compatible with the Wingbar Evo crossbars.
