The big functional difference between the UltraGroove # 311-KMFA05A28 and JackRabbit # 311-JRFA05A28 is that the JackRabbit is a flush design that doesn't add any height to the top of the bed rails and the UltraGroove is a low profile cover that adds a small amount of height. These two can be partially opened whereas the Switchblade # 311-SMFA05A28 is a flush design that is either fully open or fully closed with nothing in between.
All of these fit your 2020 Ford F-150 5-1/2 foot bed.
