I have a good solution but the Curt 2 Bike Platform Rack for Fat Bikes - 1-1/4" and 2" Hitches # C18085-FB is only rated to carry 45 lbs. per bike so it is well below what your application requires.
Instead use the Hollywood Racks Sport Rider SE Bike Rack for 2 Electric Bikes part # HLY74FR. It can handle 80 lbs. per bike slot and will handle up to a 5" wide tire.
I understand that you are just over 80 lbs. with your bike and we can get around that by removing the battery from the bike during travel getting back under the maximum capacity.
There will be other parts that you will need.
