Kayak Carrier Recommendation to Fit Trailer with Inno Square Crossbars

I have two kayaks to mount on a trailer. Trailer has inno cross bars. 78” x 1.3” x .95”. Or 198cm x 3.3cm x 2.4 cm. Will these work with these bars? Let me know. And other recommendations as well. Kayaks 12 to 13 feet recreational/ recreational fishing. Thanks

Yes the Yakima JayHook Kayak Carrier part # Y04084 that you referenced would fit and work great on Inno square crossbars. For a similar in price option I'd recommend the etrailer J-style carrier part # e98878 though as it can fold down when not in use and has a bit more padding as well.
